The Continent Times is looking for a reporter to work solely in the Washington, DC area, someone who can tell the most challenging and unheard stories in an exciting and caring way to our viewers. You will be in charge of the U.S. Congress & The White House political news and opinions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide live interviews for The Continent Times Channels
- Write weekly articles
- interview US House Representatives & Senators
- Interview government officials
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong writing skills
- Meaningful record of getting projects off the ground
- Sound news judgment
- Experience in product-focused editorial projects
- Experience leading and participating in cross-functional teams
